The Shopper Agency targets B2B growth with the appointment of We are Boutique – The Drum

Shopper experience business The Shopper Agency has appointed full service media communications agency We Are Boutique to raise its B2B profile.

Boutique initially started working with its Holbeck neighbours to offer strategic support, helping optimise the agency’s owned channels through digital insights and brand workshops. In July, Boutique was appointed on a retained basis to handle PR, content and SEO for the retail marketeers.

Hannah Abbasi, retail marketing director at The Shopper Agency, said: “As an agency we’re going through a period of rapid growth so we needed to work with a team that understood our growing pains and shared our passion. With any business, client work comes first and marketing ourselves falls to the bottom of the list, so having Boutique has really pushed us to focus on promoting ourselves again.”

Boutique’s Sarah Gough said of the appointment: “We’re loving working with the guys at The Shopper Agency – our history and company culture are extremely similar so it’s been a really natural fit. The Shopper Agency works with some of the world’s leading brands on high impact shopper experience campaigns, most recently teaming up with technology giant Philips and beauty experts John Freida.
